RAFFLE MECHANICS
 
  1. The raffle is open to all PSN members and non-members aged 18 years old and above.
  2. Deadline of payment of tickets is on April 26, 2026, until 5:00 pm at the Basilan Hall of the EDSA Shangri-la Hotel, Mandaluyong City. A dedicated member of the PSN secretariat will assist members who will submit payment and entry.
  3. After payment/s is/are received by the solicitor, it must be remitted via bank transfer or deposit to PSN Security Bank CA with account name THE PHILIPPINE SOCIETY OF NEPHROLOGY (PSN), INC. (account number will be provided individually). The bank transfer or deposit slip shall be emailed to PSN at psnfundraising@gmail.com with the following details of the buyer/s:

Buyer #1

    1. Name of Buyer
    2. Name of Solicitor
    3. Ticket Number
    4. Email address/telephone number of the buyer
  1. After payment is confirmed, the PSN secretariat will send an email to the buyer confirming receipt of payment for his/her raffle ticket/s.
  2. Winners will be  chosen randomly via a secure electronic raffle software,  in the presence of a DTI representative to ensure integrity.
  3. Unpaid tickets will not be included in the electronic raffle draw.
  4. The completely filled up original ticket with stub shall be presented in claiming the prizes.
  5. Prizes are not convertible to cash.
  6. The same participant cannot win the two (2) major prizes. If the participant who won the second major prize wins the first prize, another electronic raffle will be done for the second prize]]
  7. The solicitor of the grand prize shall receive an incentive of Php 10,000.
  8. All taxes for the major prizes are to be shouldered by the winner.
  9. Winners shall be notified by email and phone call.
  10. All winners will be given sixty (60) days after the draw to claim their prize. After the 60-day period, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of PSN.
  11. Winners must personally claim the prize and bring one (1) valid ID together with winning ticket with stub in good condition upon claiming of their prizes.
  12. In case the winner dies prior to the receipt of his/her prize, the prize shall be given to heirs.
  13. The decision of the raffle committee shall be final and unappealable.
